You’ll follow weekly structured programming built around proven progressions that are tested in the gym, refined on the platform, and designed to work in the real world.

Every week you check in via out team Facebook group, so we can track your lifts, training, and how things are feeling. This keeps you accountable, keeps training on track, and allows adjustments before small problems become big ones.
Video Feedback & Coaching Input
Send in your lifts for review and get technical feedback so you can improve positions, timing, and confidence under the bar instead of repeating the same mistakes.
Team WhatsApp Group & Community
