Savage Strengths Strongman Team is an online group coaching program that delivers progressive and periodised strongman training tailored around the competitive Natural Strongman calendar.
Every phase is intentional, helping you peak at the right time and push your performance further and into new PBs.
Led by Adam Johnston, coach to World Champions and world record holders, this isn’t some generic program, or quick hit 8 week shred.
This is elite strongman coaching in a group setting. It’s thoughtful, results-driven and built on long term development.
Strength takes time and we treat it that way and the lifters who make the biggest progress are the ones who stick with it.
Each training block is designed with a competition and end point in mind and you’ll build strength and skills that transfer directly to competition.

What You Get
Weekly Structured Programming
Structured strongman programming updated weekly so your training progresses over time. Events, strength work, and conditioning are planned so everything builds towards becoming a stronger, more capable strongman.
Weekly Check-Ins
Every week you check in via our team Facebook group so we can track your lifts, events, and how training is going. This keeps you accountable, keeps training on track, and allows adjustments before small problems become big ones.
Video Feedback & Coaching Input
Send in your event lifts for review and get technical feedback on events like log, axle, deadlift, yoke, farmers, and loading events so you improve efficiency and confidence with the implements.
Team WhatsApp Group & Community
A genuine team environment where people share training wins, competition results, tough sessions, and the general ups and downs of strongman training. Strongman training can be hard to do on your own, and being part of a team makes it more enjoyable and easier to stay consistent.
Bi-Weekly Coaching Calls
Twice per month we run coaching calls to discuss events, competition prep, programming, and answer questions so you understand your training and keep moving forward.
A Long-Term Training Process
The focus is on building better strongman athletes with bigger deadlifts, stronger overhead, faster moving events, and better competition performances.
