Every phase is intentional, helping you peak at the right time and push your performance further and into new PBs.

Led by Adam Johnston, coach to World Champions and world record holders, this isn’t some generic program, or quick hit 8 week shred.

This is elite strongman coaching in a group setting. It’s thoughtful, results-driven and built on long term development.

Strength takes time and we treat it that way and the lifters who make the biggest progress are the ones who stick with it.

Each training block is designed with a competition and end point in mind and you’ll build strength and skills that transfer to the competition floor and to life.
