I’ve coached nationally ranked Olympic Weightlifters, World-level Strongmen, athletes in Boxing, MMA, Rugby, Golf and Basketball building strength for their sport, and everyday people who simply wanting to move better, feel healthier and become stronger.

Yes!
In my time i’ve coached everyone from regular gym goers looking to get stronger and healthier, to Nationally ranked Olympic Weightlifters, competitive Strongmen and women along with people looking to achieve feats of strength such as lifting the legendary Dinnie Stones.
You can’t do that by pumping out the same program to everyone.

That depends on what fits your goals and lifestyle.
I will write you the correct number of sessions that fit your goals.
That means you will have structured and progressive sessions written for our time together and extra sessions written to be carried out outside of our sessions training sessions if required.
For example, if you can (and want to) train 4 days a week and we do 2 sessions a week together, i’ll write you an extra 2 to be carried out in your own time.

I use a combination of Dropbox, Excel and WhatsApp. I find it much more flexible to deliver our individualised coaching with than pre-made apps.

I obviously have regular working hours, but I like to treat my coaching client like I do my friends. If you send me a message and I have time to reply to it, I will regardless of what time it is. I always look to reply within 24hrs as a maximum.
