Designed for 11 to 16-year-olds, our gym-based training program is specifically tailored to provide a head start in resistance based training and overall strength development.

Our comprehensive approach not only focuses on lifting weights safely and effectively but also enhances athleticism, movement competency and strength, boosting performance in various sports.

At Savage Strength School, we understand the importance of solid technique for both adults and youth lifters and that the foundation you build during your early years of training sets the stage for long-term success. Our top priority is ensuring efficient, safe, and correct movement patterns for every individual who joins our sessions.

Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a complete beginner, our progressive sessions are customized to match your skill level. We believe in providing the best possible start to lifting weights by establishing proper movement patterns right from the beginning.

  • Youth Olympic Weightlifting: Tuesdays at 4pm

  • Youth Strength & Conditioning: Fridays at 4pm
